GB 1886.80-2015 Food Safety National Standards for Additives in Foods Monoglyceride and Di-glyceride Fatty Acid Esters
Abstract
This standard applies to edible fats and triacetylglycerols, as well as glycerols prepared by ester exchange and molecular distillation under the action of catalysts, or without catalysts or molecular distillation, by direct acetylation of edible monoglycerides and acetic anhydride to produce acetylated mono- and di-glycerol fatty acid esters, which are used as food additives.
