Abstract
This part of GB 21976 specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of escape rappelling devices (hereinafter referred to as rappelling devices).
This part is applicable to rappelling devices consisting of speed regulators, ropes, safety belts, safety hooks, metal connectors, and rope reels, which allow users to safely descend by their own weight and can be used repeatedly.
