GB/T 28843-2012 Management requirement for traceability in food cold chain logistics
Abstract
This standard specifies the general principles of traceability management for food cold chain logistics, as well as the requirements for establishing a traceability system, collecting temperature information, managing traceability information, and implementing traceability management.
This standard applies to the traceability management of prepackaged foods during the cold chain logistics processes, including transportation, storage, and loading/unloading, from the end of production to before sale.
