Abstract
This document provides guidance on the sources, recycling and reuse, recycling quality, material standards, and product specifications of plastic waste during the recycling and reuse process, and proposes various methods for recycling and reusing plastic waste generated before and after consumption.
This document is applicable to the management and application of plastic waste recycling and reuse.
Note: This document establishes general quality requirements that need to be considered in all steps of the recycling and reuse process, and provides general recommendations for material standards, testing standards, and product specifications. The processing stages, requirements, recommendations, and terminology proposed in this document are universally applicable.
