Abstract
This part of GB/T 14480 specifies the functional characteristics and measurement and inspection methods of general eddy current instruments.
By evaluating these performances, it becomes possible to accurately describe and compare eddy current detection equipment.
By carefully selecting the system performance, a dedicated eddy current detection system that meets the requirements can be designed.
The provisions of this part also apply to eddy current auxiliary equipment.
This part does not specify technical indicators for inspection performance, nor does it specify acceptance criteria. These contents are provided in the application technical documents.
