GB/T 230.1-2018 Metallic materials—Rockwell hardness test—Part 1:Test method
Abstract
This part of GB/T 230 specifies the test methods for the Rockwell hardness and surface Rockwell hardness of metal materials with scales of A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, 15N, 30N, 45N, 15T, 30T, and 45T. This part is applicable to fixed and portable Rockwell hardness testers. For specific materials or products, other specific standards apply, such as: GB/T 3849.1 [1], GB/T 9097 [2]. Note: The tungsten carbide spherical indenters are standard Rockwell hardness indenters, and the steel ball indenters can only be used if they meet the requirements of Appendix A.
