GB/T 32261.2-2015 Usability of consumer products and products for public use—Part 2:Summative test method
Abstract
This part of GB/T 32261 specifies a user-based summary testing method that can be used to test the usability and/or accessibility of consumer products and public products (including ready-to-use products) for one or more specific user groups. In this testing method, product accessibility is regarded as a special case of product usability, and the users participating in accessibility testing represent people with extreme characteristics and abilities in the general user group. When the testing method involves usability, it can also be used to test accessibility (unless otherwise specified). This testing method can be used when conducting effective and reliable measurements of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction.
