GB/T 40385-2021 Non-destructive testing of steel tubes—Digital radiographic testing of the weld seam of welded steel tubes for the detection of imperfections
Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for X-ray digital inspection technology of defects in straight or spiral welds of steel pipes in automatic fusion arc welding, including X-ray inspection with computer radiography (CR) or digital detector array (DDAS). This document also stipulates the acceptance levels and calibration procedures for digital X-ray inspection. This document is also applicable to the inspection of circular hollow profiles. Note: This digital X-ray inspection method is an alternative to film X-ray inspection, see ISO 108936 [8].
