This document stipulates the general requirements for accessible tourism hotels, universal accessibility rules, accessible services, accessible personnel, and the evaluation and improvement of accessible services.
This document is applicable to the accessible tourism services provided by tourism hotel service providers for special groups such as the elderly, people with disabilities, pregnant women, infants, and young children (hereinafter referred to as guests).
