Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of crown-shaped bottle caps (hereinafter referred to as "bottle caps") made from electroplated tin (or chrome-plated) thin steel sheets used for food packaging such as beer and beverages. This standard applies to bottle caps used for sealing bottle mouths that comply with QB/T 3729. Bottle caps used for sealing containers made from other materials may be implemented as a reference.
