Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements, functions, and configuration requirements, technical requirements, secondary circuit requirements, and network security requirements for power system safety and stability control systems (devices).
This document applies to safety and stability control systems (devices) connected to power systems with voltage levels of 220 kV and above. Safety and stability control systems (devices) connected to power systems with voltage levels below 220 kV shall refer to and implement this document accordingly.
