Abstract
This part of LD/T 30 describes the system architecture and system composition of the electronic certification system for human resources and social security, defines the structure and basic functions of each unit of the electronic certification system, stipulates the basic security protection measures for the electronic certification system, and standardizes the electronic certification business process and related protocols. This part is applicable to guiding human resources and social security departments in building an electronic certification system based on PKI technology, and helps human resources and social security departments at all levels establish an electronic certification system suitable for the development of human resources and social security business systems.
