Abstract
This standard specifies the basic principles, system architecture, protection technologies, emergency backup measures, and safety management requirements for network security protection of power monitoring systems. This standard applies to the security protection of power monitoring systems in all aspects of power production, including power generation, transmission and distribution, electricity consumption, and power grid dispatching, covering all stages such as planning and design, research and development, construction and installation, system modification, operation and management, and decommissioning and scrapping.
