Abstract
This standard specifies the classification of rehabilitation aids, which are either specially manufactured or generally available.
This classification includes rehabilitation aids that require assistance from others to operate.
The following terms are not included in this standard:
——Terms used for the installation of rehabilitation aids;
——Solutions composed of individual rehabilitation aids classified in this standard;
——Medicines;
——Rehabilitation aids and equipment specifically designed for healthcare;
——Non-technical solutions such as assistance from others, guide dogs, lip reading;
——Implants;
——Financial support.
