Abstract
This part of DB31/T 329 stipulates the requirements for the design and construction, evaluation, inspection, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of safety technical prevention systems in elderly care institutions in Shanghai City.
This part applies to safety technical prevention systems in elderly care institutions within the administrative area of Shanghai City.
The renovation and expansion of existing elderly care institutions' safety technical prevention systems shall be carried out in accordance with this part. For community-based elderly care service institutions such as community elderly day care centers and community elderly meal service points, the safety technical prevention systems shall be implemented with reference to this part.
