GB/Z 18620.2-2008 Cylindrical gears—Code of inspection practice—Part 2:Inspection related to radial composite deviations,runout,tooth thickness and backlash
Abstract
This part is the implementation specification for the inspection of the radial comprehensive deviation, radial runout, tooth thickness, and side clearance of involute cylindrical gears, which involves the measurement of double-sided contact. This part provides gear inspection methods and analysis of measurement results, supplementing GB/T 10095.2. Most of the terms used in this part have been defined in GB/T 10095.2. Appendix A provides methods for selecting tooth thickness tolerances and minimum side clearance when gears engage, including recommended values for minimum side clearance.
