Abstract
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for pollution prevention and control in the process of resource utilization of waste from large-scale livestock and poultry farms, including the supporting area of farmland for returning to the soil, pretreatment, storage, transportation, and application of solid manure and liquid fertilizer for returning to the soil.
This standard applies to the resource utilization of waste from large-scale livestock and poultry farms and its pollution prevention and control management, as well as the design of engineering facilities for the resource utilization of waste from large-scale livestock and poultry farms and the operation and management of these facilities after their completion.
