This document specifies the classification and connection methods, materials, appearance, color, specifications, and physical and mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP) piping systems used for drainage and sewage in buildings, as well as requirements for system applicability. It describes the corresponding test methods and stipulates the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of these products. This document applies to polypropylene (PP) pipes and fittings (hereinafter referred to as "pipes" and "fittings") used for drainage and sewage within buildings, which are primarily made from PP resin and are extruded or injection-molded. This document also applies to polypropylene pipes and fittings used for industrial drainage and sewage that meet requirements for chemical resistance and heat resistance.
