DB32/T 3508-2019 Technical specification for shore-based radar monitoring of oil spill on the sea
Abstract
This standard specifies the basic content, operational processes, monitoring methods, and basic requirements of shore-based radar monitoring, which is used to guide and regulate the use of shore-based radar for monitoring oil spills on the sea surface.
This standard applies to the monitoring of oil spills on the sea surface by X-band shore-based radar in an area of 10 km offshore.
In this standard, "shore-based radar" generally refers to radars installed within about 1 km of the coastline.
