Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements for the integration of offshore wind farms into the power system, including active power, power forecasting, reactive voltage, fault ride-through, operational adaptability, power quality, simulation models and parameters, technical requirements for the secondary system, and the content of testing and evaluation.
This document applies to the integration, commissioning, and operation of new or modified (expanded) offshore wind farms that are connected to the power system via AC transmission lines or flexible DC transmission systems.
