This standard specifies the test method for determining trace elements in high-purity aluminum using high-resolution glow discharge mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of trace element contents in high-purity aluminum. The measurement range for each element is 5.0×10-7% to 1.0×10-3% (ω%).
