Abstract
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the completion and delivery of overhauled automobiles, including the technical requirements for engine assemblies, steering systems, drivetrains, running systems, braking systems, vehicle bodies, frames, and cabins, lighting and signaling devices, and other equipment, as well as the main performance indicators and quality assurance measures.
This document is applicable to overhauled passenger cars and trucks powered by gasoline or diesel. Passenger cars and trucks powered by other types of fuel can refer to it for use.
