GB/T 25384-2018 Wind turbines—Full scale structural testing of rotor blade
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for full-scale structural testing of wind turbine blades, and the interpretation and evaluation of test results. This standard is applicable to manufacturers and third-party review agencies for conducting integrity assessments of blade testing. This standard includes the following tests: ● Static testing; ● Fatigue testing; ● Static testing after fatigue testing; ● Tests to determine other characteristics of the blade. The purpose of the tests is to confirm that all blades of a certain model meet the acceptable probability level of the design assumptions. This standard assumes that the parameters defined in the test are valid based on the wind turbine generator standard GB/T 18451.1 or its equivalent standards. When calculating and evaluating test loads, the design loads and blade material data should be considered. The evaluation of design loads and actual loads is beyond the scope of this standard. This standard is applicable to full-scale structural testing of horizontal-axis wind turbine blades, which are mainly composed of fiber-reinforced plastics, wood, or epoxy resins. Most of the principles in this standard can be applied to blades used in wind turbines of different structures, as well as to blade tests of different sizes and materials.
