GB/T 10067.41-2013 Basic specifications for electroheat installations—Part 41:Mesh belt resistance heating unit
Abstract
This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the classification, general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and ordering and supply of various types of web-belt resistance heating units (hereinafter referred to as web-belt furnace units).
This part is applicable to various types of industrial web-belt furnace units with a natural atmosphere or controlled atmosphere in the furnace and a rated temperature range of 150 ℃ to 1200 ℃.
Web-belt furnace units can be divided into several categories according to their process applications, such as: heating units, quenching units, annealing units, sintering units, brazing units, solid solution units, carburizing units, and nitriding units. Post-processing processes such as oiling and blackening can be added to the latter part of the units.
