Abstract
This standard specifies the safety quality requirements for instruments and components used in classroom teaching and laboratories in schools and training institutions, as well as additional requirements for mechanical performance, high and low temperatures, noise and vibration, ionizing radiation, non-ionizing radiation, and electrical safety. This standard only addresses the safety of teaching instrument components, and does not cover other characteristics such as design and performance. This standard applies to instruments and components used in classroom teaching and laboratories in schools and training institutions.
