Abstract
This part of GB/T 8923 specifies a series of surface treatment grades for steel after high-pressure water jetting to remove or partially remove water-soluble contaminants, rust, applied coatings, and foreign impurities. The various grades are defined through textual descriptions and typical sample photos. Additionally, this part also specifies the initial surface condition and the flash rust grade after cleaning, which are also defined through textual descriptions and typical sample photos.
