GB/T 25088-2010 Road vehicles—Connectors for the electrical connection of towing and towed vehicles—7-pole connector type 24S (supplementary) for vehicles with 24 V nominal supply voltage
Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions, performance requirements, and contact distribution of the 7-core 24S type electrical connectors used between tractors and trailers with a nominal voltage of 24 V. When the connectors are intended for use in situations requiring more than 7 cores, they should be used in conjunction with the 24N connectors specified in GB/T 5053.1.
This standard applies to 7-core 24S type electrical connectors used between tractors and trailers.
Note: When the connectors are intended for use in situations requiring more than 7 cores, it is possible to opt to use 15-core electrical connectors instead of the combination of 7-core connectors specified in this standard and GB/T 5053.1.
