Abstract
This standard specifies the definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and quality certificates for nodular cast iron pipes (hereinafter referred to as nodular pipes), pipe fittings, and accessories produced by any casting process type or machined casting form. This standard applies to nodular pipes, pipe fittings, and accessories for the following purposes: — Transporting water (such as drinking water); — Transporting gas with a design pressure of medium pressure Class A and below (such as artificial gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.); — With/without pressure; — Underground/aboveground installation.
