Abstract
This part of DB32/T 3762 specifies the environmental and facility requirements, equipment and supplies, reagents and materials, serum sample collection and transportation, colloidal gold immunoassay detection steps, and result interpretation for the detection of IgM and IgG antibodies against the novel coronavirus.
This part is applicable to the colloidal gold immunoassay method for detecting IgM and IgG antibodies in the serum of individuals tested during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia. The detection procedures for IgM and IgG antibodies in serum samples from other respiratory viruses can be implemented with reference to this standard.
