Abstract
This document specifies the classification, quality assurance, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates and order forms (or contracts) for hot-extruded rods made of magnesium and magnesium alloys. This document applies to hot-extruded round rods, square rods, and hexagonal rods (hereinafter referred to as rods) made of magnesium and magnesium alloys.
