Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods for pantothenic acid and calcium pantothenate in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of pantothenic acid in food, and the second method is applicable to the determination of pantothenic acid (calcium) in nutritional supplement health foods and formula foods.
