Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grade designation methods, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips.
This standard applies to cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as "steel plates and strips") with a thickness not exceeding 3.5 mm, which are used for cold forming.
