DB31/T 862-2021 The construction and operation specifications for the "One Net" government service center
Abstract
Under the framework of the "One-Stop Online Government Services" reform in Shanghai, this document stipulates the requirements for the construction and management of government service centers, the departments that enter the centers, the matters handled by the centers, personnel management, service delivery, service evaluation, and operational guarantee.
This document applies to the construction and operation of comprehensive government service centers, such as administrative service centers in various districts of Shanghai and management committees' administrative service centers. Other institutions providing government services may refer to and use it for reference. Street (township) community affairs acceptance and service centers shall follow DB31/T 467 for implementation.
