Abstract
1.1 This section specifies the copper accelerated acetate mist test method for anodized films on aluminum and aluminum alloys. 1.2 This section also specifies the method for evaluating the environmental corrosivity of salt spray test chambers. 1.3 This section is applicable to assessing the salt spray corrosion resistance of anodized films, and it is also applicable to comparing the process quality of the same type of anodized films.
