GB/T 12351-2008 Environmental technical requirements of rotating electric machines for tropical use
Abstract
This standard specifies the protection types of motors, the operating environmental conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings, etc. This standard applies to rotating motors used permanently in tropical regions. Tropical-type rotating motors (including large, medium, small, and low-power motors, hereinafter referred to as motors) shall comply with the provisions of this standard. Where this standard does not make provisions or explanations, they shall comply with the provisions of GB 755-2000, GB/T 5171-2002, and the corresponding product-specific technical conditions.
