Abstract
This standard proposes a data center service capability framework (referred to as the "capability framework"), specifies the evaluation method for the maturity of data center service capabilities (referred to as the "evaluation method"), and sets forth the management requirements for data center service capabilities. This standard is applicable to: a) data centers building, monitoring, measuring, and evaluating their own service capabilities; b) external evaluation agencies measuring and evaluating the maturity of data center service capabilities.
