Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements for modified asphalt, the sampling and preparation of samples, test methods, packaging, and quality certificates.
This standard applies to modified asphalt obtained from the deep processing of coal tar, which can be used as raw materials for the production of aluminum and carbon products.
