Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in food contact materials and products by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of PFOS and PFOA in food contact materials and products such as cardboard boxes, rubber, polyethylene, plastics, resins, and non-stick pan coatings.
