Abstract
This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of multi-rope friction hoists.
This standard applies to vertical shafts in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines, and to multi-rope friction hoists used for lifting people, materials, and equipment in environments free from explosive gases and dust.
