This document provides a quantitative detection method for sulfated glycosaminoglycans (sGAGs).
This document is suitable for detecting the content of sGAGs in the extracellular matrix of articular cartilage, meniscus, elastic cartilage, and tissue-engineered cartilage.
Note: The method described in this document is also suitable for detecting the content of sGAGs in surgical repair materials that contain sGAGs.
