Abstract
This document specifies the types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection conditions, inspection methods, and marking and packaging of knife-edge rulers, triangular rulers, and tetrahedral rulers (collectively referred to as "knife-edge rulers").
This document is applicable to knife-edge rulers with a measured surface length L of less than or equal to 500 mm.
