GB/T 17215.303-2013 Electricity metering equipment(a.c.)—Particular requirements—Part 3:Digital input electricity meters
Abstract
This part of GB/T 17215.3, specifies the terms, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage for digital energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters).
This part applies to newly manufactured meters that are installed and used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz power grids, with the measurement signal input being digital sampled values.
This part only applies to meters installed for indoor or outdoor use, with the measuring elements and displays housed in the same meter case. If the meter has other functional units, such as maximum demand or multi-tariff metering, enclosed in the same meter case, the corresponding standards apply to these functional units.
This part does not apply to energy meters with analog input.
The metering characteristics of the meters shall comply with the national standards for stationary energy meters of the corresponding accuracy grade index.
