GB/T 16649.11-2019 Identification cards—Integrated circuit cards—Part 11:Personal verification through biometric methods
Abstract
This part of GB/T 16649 specifies security-related inter-industry commands for personal identity verification using biometric identification methods in integrated circuit cards. For cards serving as carriers of biometric references and/or devices used to verify the cardholder's biometric features (biometric comparison on the card), this part also provides the data structures and data access methods used in such operations.
This part applies to the design, production, verification, and testing of cards equipped with biometric identification technology. Identity verification via biometric identification methods is not within the scope of this part's provisions.
