Abstract
This document specifies the test method for determining the dynamic stability of electric wheelchairs.
This document is applicable to electric wheelchairs with a maximum speed of not more than 15 km/h and designed for single-person use, including electric mobility scooters.
This document is not applicable to manual wheelchairs equipped with power-assisted propulsion devices.
