Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol in soybean phospholipids, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, and sunflower oil by high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and phosphatidylinositol (PI) in oil-containing soybean phospholipids, deoiled soybean phospholipids, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, and sunflower oil. This standard is not applicable to the determination of soybean hemolysin phosphatidylcholine and soybean hemolysin phosphatidylethanolamine.
