GB 5009.87-2016 National Standards for Food Safety - Determination of Phosphorus in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the spectrophotometric and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometric methods for determining the phosphorus content in food.
The first and third methods of this standard are applicable to the determination of phosphorus in all types of food, and the second method is applicable to the determination of phosphorus in infant and children's food and dairy products.
