Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for organizations to establish, develop, implement, evaluate, maintain, and improve an effective compliance management system, and provides guidance. This document is applicable to all types of organizations, regardless of their type, size, nature, or whether they are public, private, or non-profit. If there is no independent governance body within the organization, all requirements regarding governance bodies specified in this document apply to the top management.
