This part of GB/T 9109 specifies the basic requirements for the construction, operation, and maintenance of metering systems at dynamic transfer and metering stations for petroleum and liquid petroleum products.
This part applies to metering systems at dynamic transfer and metering stations for commercial petroleum and liquid petroleum products. Metering systems at dynamic transfer and metering stations for non-commercial petroleum and liquid petroleum products may be used as a reference for implementation.
