GB/T 6161-2008 Micrographics—ISO resolution test chart No.2—Description and use
Abstract
This standard specifies a method for determining the resolution by measuring the size of the smallest identifiable details in microforms. This standard provides test patterns and the ISO 2 resolution test pattern, and also gives a method for expressing resolution. The ISO 2 resolution test pattern is suitable for use as part of a test plate, as required by other standards related to microphotography technology. This standard is applicable to determining the resolution of microphotography systems consisting of cameras, film, and processing processes, as well as the resolution achieved by microforms captured by such systems. In the latter case, it is not applicable to determining the resolution of readers, copying machines, or computer output microform (COM) imaging systems.
