GB/T 22652-2019 Overlaying-welding procedure qualification for valves sealing face
Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for welding overlay on valve sealing surfaces, the evaluation factors and classification of welding overlay processes, the evaluation rules for welding overlay processes, the test requirements and inspection of samples, the supplementary provisions for welding overlay evaluation, and the recommended format for pre-welding overlay process procedures and welding overlay evaluation reports.
This standard applies to the process evaluation of plasma arc welding, oxy-fuel gas welding, electrode arc welding, submerged arc welding, gas shielded metal arc welding, tungsten inert gas welding, and other welding overlay methods used to add hardened layers to the surfaces of valve sealing surfaces.
